When measuring your chest circumference, pleaseย ensure that:
- You stand up straight with your hands at your sides and measureย around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, and across your shoulder blades.
- The tape measure is snug, but not too tight, allowing it to lie flat against your body without squeezing.

Hereย are theย measurements ofย 3rd Day's T-shirts in inches (see chart below). Note thatย each T-shirt fits people with a slightly smaller chestย size than the T-shirt. This is to allow some space for breathability.

These T-shirts come atย an ideal length and are made to resist shrinking in the wash! Sizes S through 2XL increase in length by 1 inch increments, ranging from 28 to 32 inches.
