We hope you are happy with your purchase(s) and aim to ensure that all our products are produced to the same high standards. However, if you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch—you may qualify for a free replacement order. To apply for a refund or exchange, get in touch within 14 days and prepare to return items to 3rd Day’s London-based address should you qualify for a refund.

 

Please note: It is recommended that you do not place orders with the intention of returning items for the following reasons:

• You, the customer, will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

• Returned items may not be of use to 3rd Day.

ANY PROBLEM?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. It would be a pleasure to evaluate the issue and make it right for you. If approved, you will receive a free replacement order to save you the hassle of repacking and shipping your order!

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. This can be done by contacting customer service via 3rd Day's contact page, online chat or by emailing hello@3rdday.co.uk.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may also require proof of purchase. 

After receiving confirmation, you will receive further instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping charges to 3rd Day's London-based address.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email hello@3rdday.co.uk.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Certain types of items may not be refunded. This includes personalised items and gift cards.
