100% Proof God Exists Found In The Bible (SHOCKING!)

100% Proof God Exists Found In The Bible (SHOCKING!)

Without a long introduction, here it is...

The Proof

'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.' (Genesis 1:1)

In the very first verse of the Bible, consisting of just seven words in the original Hebrew, we have absolute evidence for God's existence.

How is that proof?

Well, I'm glad you asked. To see the proof, we must ZOOM IN on each Hebrew word...

First Word: בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית (In the beginning)

The first word introduces the idea that time had a beginning.

This is non-negotiable and can be proven without a doubt using simple logic.

If time had always existed (without a beginning), there would be an infinite amount of time before this moment. Yet infinity is (by definition) ongoing. It never ends. If an infinite amount of time had to pass before reaching this moment, we would never be able to reach it. For an eternal amount of time to have already passed is as impossible as counting to infinity.

Another way to look at this is that time is like a journey. Every second, we move from one moment to another. Every journey requires a start point and a destination. Without starting the journey, one could never advance. To claim that the journey never began would be to claim that an infinite distance has been travelled. This is an absolute impossibility. Think about it.

So, the first word of the Bible is logically provable without a shadow of a doubt.

Let's continue...

Second Word: בָּרָא (created)

In Hebrew, the verb often comes before the subject. The word 'created' introduces the claim that such an event as the 'beginning' of all things must be intentionally initiated by an intelligent being. This also logically follows. The initiation of all things (including the dimension of time) must have a cause. It would be both illogical and unscientific to claim that anything "just happened" with absolutely no internal or external cause - let alone the most significant event of all time!

Such an event would not only require a cause, but an uncaused first cause. Here's why: If the universe were caused by a cause that had a cause that had a cause... stretching back infinitely, there would be an infinite number of causes before the creation of the universe. An infinite number of causes preceding creation would be impossible for the same reason that an infinite amount of time preceding this moment would be. So, there must be a primary uncaused cause, which brings us to our next word...

Third Word: אֱלֹהִים (God)

How do we know an intelligent being caused the creation of the universe rather than an inanimate cause? If the cause of all things was unintelligent and inanimate, it could not be self-initiated and would itself require an external cause. Each inanimate cause would require an external explanation, leading to an infinite regress of causes (the universe caused by a cause that was caused by a cause... stretching back infinitely). Since there must be a 'prime mover', the only option that requires no external cause is an intelligent being with the will and power to create.

God is the only being that meets these requirements. The final four Hebrew words back up this conclusion perfectly!

Fourth to Seventh Words: אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ (the heavens and the earth)

Genesis 1:1 describes the creation of the three fundamental dimensions of the universe: Time ('in the beginning'), space ('the heavens') and matter ('the earth'). Since time had a beginning, and space and matter cannot exist without time, it logically follows that they came into existence alongside or after the creation of time. Matter must exist within space, and both space and matter depend on time; thus all three must have a beginning. How does this prove that God is the intelligent being who created all things?

The creator of time, space and matter could not be composed of or dependent on time, space or matter, but must exist beyond them to create them. To be beyond the dimension of time is to be eternal (not limited to now). To be beyond the dimension of space is to be omnipresent (not limited to here). To be immaterial is to be Spirit (not limited to the physical world). It follows logically that a powerful, intelligent, omnipresent, eternal Spirit is the Creator of the universe. This is a clear description of God.

And all of this is contained within the first seven Hebrew words of the Bible.

Conclusion

Here are the premises:

  1. An infinite amount of time cannot have passed, therefore time must have a beginning.
  2. There cannot be an infinite number of causes preceding the beginning, therefore there must be an initial uncaused cause.
  3. The initial cause requires intelligence, will and power in order to create without needing an external cause.
  4. Space and matter rely on time, proving that all three fundamental dimensions were created.
  5. The creator must therefore be an intelligent being beyond the realms of time (eternal), space (omnipresent) and matter (Spirit).

Therefore: 'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.'
